Resolution is all out of whack, and response is very laggy.

This is a joke of a remote desktop app. The resolution is completely screwed up upon connecting to the remote computer; everything is stretched and zoomed in, and one cant completely zoom out to even try to fix it. Additionally, control and resolution switching options are basically non-existent. Dont bother with this.

If Im bored, mad at my sister and shes using the computer... Its kinoni time!!!!!!

Can only view my computers and not their screens.. It runs win8 and still diesnt work. Waste of my time

Im not sure what the other commenters have an issue with. Im running on win7, and its great. Would get 5 stars except has no sound, pay version gets ya sound.

This App works well. I tried multiple Remote Desktop apps, and this one is by far the easiest to use, particularly for someone who is at a basic skill level. It is almost ready for prime time. Here are a few things that need to be addressed: 1. When using the App onscreen keyboard, the letter "C" does not appear. If your password contains the letter C, or the word you want to enter, forget about it. 2. This App works very well when Im at home or on a local network. However since you can access it via your gmail login, I expected it to also work when Im not at home or not on my local network. It is possible that Im doing something wrong, but this feature should simply be a bit more intuitive. 3. My work computer locks after 5 minutes of inactivity. It is difficult to get back in. This app does not have an easy way to get back in, but if you click on the windows accessibility icon on the locked out screen, you can select "on screen" keyboard, and that will allow you access. It is possible that this will work with the letter C issue described above, but both of these items need to be addressed so that they are easier to navigate. If these 3 items are addressed, then this App will get a 5 star rating from me. Otherwise, its good, but not yet great.

Nothing went wrong , it connected as expected. Like the description said I was able to access my labtop from anywhere in my home.

I use this all the time for playing games without waking anyone up at night! No sound, some connectivity issues, but overall worth it.

Thanks goodness only a minute or two was wasted on this app!

Poor app will not allow you configure for connection to PC. Lots of adds which are unwanted. Not worth a rating dont know how it is at a 3 star. Pocket Cloud is a little better. At least you can configure it.

It does what it advertises. It works great, and I havent had any of the problems other people have described.

(Spoiler) Its free. It gets the job done, I dont know what everyone is complaining about. I use it to control my pc from bed or from the living room. The 30 fps video is a nice feature.

Nortons detected a Trojan attached to the PC companion and would not let me even download it. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, all positive reviews must be from the scammer that made this! Try Splashtop instead! It works just fine.

Yes this app works fine Im not lying if u want I will post a video to my YouTube channel wahoo343 also yeah norton does say it has a Trojan but it will block it click run anyways and ur fine its no Trojan its just because its accessing hardware on the computer things dont usually require access to

Barely works. No cursor and cant scroll.

Purchased pro version since it worked with great low latency, but it says audio supported on win7. I cannot get it to work and there is no solution on website. I am tech savvy, and have done much of my own trouble shooting.

Long story short, Ive been very patient for kinoconsole. Ive been working with tech support and understanding of the technical limitations. Ive been waiting for this for over 8 months... Frankly.. The product does not work as advertised. Sound is the biggest issue here. If things change, this review will change but so far dont count on sound working on either kinoconsole or Remote Desktop. Buy at your own risk.
